Gyokusui Kono 2.0

This is a fantastic Kono 2.0 and a prime example of Kono’s high-end bores–mirror finish, superb tuning, extremely refined tone color and response, with a very wide timbre sculpting ability.  24k gold bordered Tozan inlay and Sterling silver center rings,

I purchased this from Japan and the previous owner(s) had slightly sanded the finger pad areas around the holes and a bit at the root area.  The root area has since been re-shaped to an urushi-sealed Kezurine-style by Ken LaCosse.  The bore is 100% original and the finest I have seen in a Gyokusui.  This is an excellent 2.0 that does not disappoint.
